Recipe's preparation

Add garlic, onion & carrot chop speed 7 20-30 seconds.
Add oil & curry powder & cook at 100 temp for 5 minutes speed 2.
Add pumpkin, potato, water & stock into mixing bowl, add varoma with 6 sausages in the first bowl and 6 on the varoma try, place varoma on mixing bowl and cook at varoma temp 25 minutes speed 2.
Remove varoma, peel sausages and chop - set aside.
Puree veggies and liquid ( I like to hide the veggies from the kids you could keep them whole, I find if you puree it thickens the sauce) on speed 5 until smooth.
Add sausages and cook on temp 100 5 mins on
speed 1.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
I serve mine with rice.

At the risk of repeating everyone else this recipe...
At the risk of repeating everyone else this recipe was delicious. I added cauliflower and zucchini with the other veggies which worked very well. 2 tbsp of the curry powder was too much for my wee ones, but my hubby and I loved the kick. I had some leftover sauce so added some extra extra pumpkin and sweet potato, water and stock paste and made soup.

Amazing! As described by my 10 year old who licked his plate clean. I reduced the stock paste as we don't like too much salt and threw in a couple of mushrooms that I had. It was very filling and made heaps so it went in the freezer.

Good, ideal for the young
Good, ideal for the young family, but not a serious curry.
Very tasty! As there are only
Very tasty! As there are only 2 of us I halved the recipe. I cooked the rice in the main bowl using the recipe on the chip and added the veggie stock to the water. The vegies went in the bottom of the varoma and the sausages in the tray. When it was all cooked I kept the rice in the steamer basket and the stock from the bowl in a jug while the garlic and onion cooked as per the recipe. The veggies, stock and sausages all went in together for the final step and the rice went back on top in the varoma (still in the steamer basket) to keep it warm. Didn't need to purée the veggies as they broke down while being stirred. Worked perfectly.
Thanks for a recipe that will be used many times.
Really enjoyed these but
Really enjoyed these but found spicy for kiddies so added natural yoghurt in at the end and they loved it
