- 600 grams Chuck Steak, Frozen into 1.5 cm cubes for 20 minutes
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 heaped tablespoon fresh basil
- 1 heaped tablespoon fresh oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chilli
- 1 egg
- 1/2 brown ontion peeled
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add frozen and cubed Chuck steak into TM bowl and "Closed lid" Turbo for 1 second 6-7 times or until desired consistency achieved.
Set aside.
Add garlic, onion, rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper, chilli to bowl and chop 5 seconds / speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add mince, egg, mustard to tm bowl and mix 5 seconds / "Counter-clockwise operation" / speed 5 or until combined.
Form large handfuls of the mixture into balls and press into patties.
Pan fry in coconut oil and serve immediately.

Lovely mix, i cheated and
Lovely mix, i cheated and just used mince instead of doing in the thermie. It came together very nicely, and i just served it with salad and cook some onion in the pan with the patties.
