Pink lady burgers

  • 1 Pink Lady apple
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 20 grams parsley

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Pink lady burgers
  1. 1. Grate pink lady apple, 4 secs spd 5. Remove from Closed lid and set aside.
    2. Place bread in Closed lid for breadcrumbs, 10 secs spd 5. Remove from bowl and add to apple.
    3. Add parsley to Closed lid, 3 secs spd 6. Add to breadcrumbs and apple.
    4.Add halved onion and halved pepper to Closed lid, 3 secs spd 7.
    5.Scape down Closed lid, add oil, 5 mins 100Sous-vide, spd 1.
    6. Add parsley breadcrumbs apple and mince, and mix 20 secsCounter-clockwise operation spd 4.
    7. Remove from Closed lid and make 6 burgers.

  3. 1. Place burgers on bbq grill and brush with hoisin sauce on both sides.
