Pork and Feta Meatballs

  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 1 level tablespoons dried italian herbs
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 1 --- egg
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper, ground

Sauce

  • 50 g onion, Quartered
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 800 g Can Diced tomato
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper, ground

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Garlic. Speed 7 for 5 seconds.

    Add mince, herbs, feta, egg and salt and pepper. Speed 5 for 10 seconds.

    Oil varoma basket and tray. Divide mixture into 12 meatballs and place in varoma tray and basket.

    Rinse bowl.

    Add onion and olive oil. Speed 5 for 5 seconds. Then 120 degrees for 3 mins.

    Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Place varoma on top and cook Varoma speed 1 for 20 mins.

    Place meat balls and sauce in Thermo serving dish and mix. Serve with pasta, rice or mash.
