Roasted Capsicum and Camembert Chicken

  • 100 grams roasted capsicum
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 125 grams Camembert cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked pepper

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add roughly chopped ingredients into the bowl and blitz for 6 seconds at speed 8.

    Pound chicken to flatten.

    Add blitzed ingredients to centre of flattened chicken and roll up.

    Wrap  chicken in bacon rashes to seal in the ingredients.

    Place in lightly oiled oven tray.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes. 180
