- 700 g Beef, cut into thin strips

- 60 g tomato paste, TM style (or bought)
- 1 tsp beef stock, TM style (or bought)
- t tbsp cornflour
- 130 g sour cream
- 2 piece carrots
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Basmati or Jasmine rice, TM style
- 40 g Worchestershire sauce

Recipe's preparation
Place onion into mixing bowl - chop 3 sec,/speed 7 - scrape bown sides
Add Butter and Praprika - saute 3 min/ Varoma/speed 1
Add Beef, salt and beef stock - cook 10mins/100C/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1, with MC removed and TM basket on mixing bowl lid.
Add remaning ingredients except peas (and any other veggies you would like your kids to eat), - cook 10mins/ 100C/ "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1, with MC removed and TM basket on mixing bowl lid.
Add peas - cook 5 mins/100C/ "Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1, with MC removed and TM basket on mixing bowl lid.
Place Stroganoff in server and cook rice as per EDC.

Tip
Also great with mashed potato or pasta.
Grate other veggies into the mix and hide from the kids - great way to get them in without them knowing.

A great simple dish to please
A great simple dish to please everyone and easy to hide veggies in the sauce. I used rump steak and grated carrot and zucchini with no peas which I know would be a game changer for the kids. Will definitely do this one again.

This is a great and easy stroganoff for kids. Mine are 25 and 15 YEARS old and still fussy. I added mushrooms instead of peas. I froze porterhouse steak for about an hour and it was able to be cut in fairly fine strips. Cooked up beautifully.

Really nice stroganoff perfect for the kids, flavour wasn't too strong. I chopped up carrot and half a zucchini really small beforehand and added it with sour cream as suggested in the tip. Very good sauce to smuggle the veggies for my anti veg 4yr old! Will definately make again and again. Thanks
