- 650 g sweet potato, (cut into pieces)
- 750 g broccoli, (Or Vegetables of choice)
- 4-6 sausages
- 95 g Milk
- 30 g Butter
- ground cinnamon
- ground nutmeg

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Fill "Closed lid" with Water
2. Place basket in "Closed lid" and weigh in Sweet Potato
3. Place lid and Deep Varoma dish on, weigh in Broccoli/Veggies
4. Place Shallow Varoma dish on and place Sausages on, follow with lid.
5. Cook for 35 Minutes/Varoma/Speed 3
6. Remove Varoma and place over a Thermoserver to retain heat
7. Using Spatula to lift out Basket carefully
8. Dispose of Water and carefully place Sweet Potato back into "Closed lid"
9. Add Milk, Butter, Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Salt to "Closed lid"
10. Attach Butterfly Whisk & mash 30sec/Speed 3 (MC on)
11. Serve with sauce of your choice

Tried to use this recipe but I think amounts in weight are wrong, I couldn't fit 650 gms sweet potato in my steamer basket and 750 gms of other vegetables is really quite a lot...
