Recipe's preparation

    Instructions
    1. Add onion, garlic & parsley to your bowl & blitz 3 seconds, speed 7.
    2.  If you prefer to saute your onion & garlic before making the sauce you may do so now - add a glug of oil & saute 5 minutes, 120*, reverse Counter-clockwise operation, speed 1.
    3. Add your diced tomatoes, gravy powder, worcestershire, vegetable stock, sugar & water to bowl.
    4. Insert your basket with potatoes into bowl.
    5. Place sausages on the bottom level of steaming tray, and vegetables on the top layer & place on your thermo. Cook 30 minutes, steaming temperature, speed 2. **PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU LIKE YOUR VEGETABLES COOKED FOR A SHORTER AMOUNT OF TIME SIMPLY LEAVE THE TOP LAYER OUT & PLACE IN AT A LATER STAGE OF COOKING**
    6. Now set aside your steaming tray, & sauce. You may rinse your bowl out at this stage, or leave it as is - it will flavour your mash.
    7. Insert your butterfly and add steamed potatoes, butter, milk, salt and pepper. Mash 20 seconds speed 3. Scrape down. Mash an additional 10 seconds, speed 3.
    8. Voila dinner done! Once plated up I fill the bowl with water above the blades and turbo a few times so it can soak while we have dinner. Makes cleanup much easier!

This is brilliant. Thank you for sharing. Fed the five of us quite nicely. I'm considering putting an apple in with the tomato onion gravy for a bit of a deviled sausages taste. Do you think it would work?

Great recipe, everybody loved it. I doubled the recipe & next time I would put in a little less water to make it a bit thicker. Winner
