- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 stalk Celery

Recipe's preparation
Place celery,carrots,onion and garlic in TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed7
Add oil minced beef and cook for 10 minutes at Varoma Temperature on "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" placing simmering basket instead of mc onto tm bowl lid (helps stop the splatter)
Add remaining ingredients except peas and corn cook for 5 minutes at 100 degrees on"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" . At the last 2 minutes add peas and corn

I've just made this, minus the garlic and tomato to suit our families needs. I ended up adding 100g water instead of tomato. Its perfect for an easy and basic meat dish to add to dinner
