  • 500 g Beef mince
  • 1 onion, white, Halved
  • 2 clove garlic cloves
  • 1 red capsicum, Chopped in chunks
  • 1 zucchini, Chopped in chunks
  • 2 level teaspoons dried mixed herbs
  • 2 level tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cans Tinned tomatoes, 400g can
  • 1 Beef oxo cube, Crumbled
  • 2 level tbsp Worcestershire sauce

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. put onion, garlic, capisicum, and zucchini in TMB and chop on speed 5, 5 secs. Scrap down bowl.
  2. Add 20g Olive oil, sauté for 5mins, heat 100, speed 1
  3. Add rest of ingredients to TMB, cook for 20mins, speed Gentle stir settingCounter-clockwise operation. Once complete transfer to oven proof dish and add Thermomix mashed potatoes on top of meat mixture, and bake in oven at 180 for 20-30 mins or until potato is golden and crunchy.
