Recipe is created for
TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Into "Closed lid" place water, vegetable paste, celery, carrot, onion, tomatoes 5 seconds on speed 4. Add potatoes to steaming basket and insert into "Closed lid" .

Place Varomoa onto the top of "Closed lid" and Varomoa for 19 mins on speed 1.
Carefully add snow peas around meat and Varoma for further 1 minute.
Remove potatoes carefully from basket and place into another bowl and mash roughly with fork with a little butter and salt to taste.
Arrange steak on serving plate with soup, mashed potatoes and snow peas.
Serve with relish of your choice. I have served mine with a Banana Relish that I created in my Thermomix. Recipe follows in my collections.
Accessories you need
For a steak that is rare reduce cooking in varoma by appoximately 5 minutes.
Steak cooked this way is appealing looking and so tasty and juicy and tender!!!
