Tandoori marinade (Gluten free)

Ingredients

Marinade

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 red long chillies
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 centimetre piece fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • pinch sumac
  • pinch saffron
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 70 grams tomato paste
  • 100 grams Greek yoghurt

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Add all ingredients to TM bowl except yoghurt. Chop for 10 seconds speed 5. Scrape down sides. Saute for 3 minutes, 100 degrees and speed 3. Add yoghurt then cook for further 2 minutes, 100 degrees speed 1.

    Add to meat and marinade for as long as possible.
