  • 1 large onion, quartered
  • 2 medium carrots, roughly chopped
  • 400g can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 dried bay leaves
  • 1 tbsp dried rosemary or 2 stalks fresh rosemary
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 100 g water
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 600 g chicken breast cut into 3cm pieces

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place onion and carrots into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds speed 5.

    2. Add all remaining ingredients except chicken and cook for 10 minutes at 100C on reverse speed soft.

    3. Add chicken and cook for 15 minutes at 100C on reverse speed soft.

    4. Serve with rice (prepared in the TM beforehand and kept warm in thermoserver)

    Very tasty, easy and fairly cheap recipe. (I should have removed the bay leaf before serving lol). I used fresh tomatoes as I wanted to use them up. I served with pasta and topped with Parmesan. Family scoffed the lot; even my sons who "don't eat tomato"...
    thanks for a great recipe.
