Tori's honey mustard chicken and veg
- 1 onion, peeled, quatered
- 1 heaped tablespoons garlic
- 1 carrot, rough chopped, keep skin on
- 1 zucchini, rough chopped
- 250 g spinach
- .5 sweet potato, rough chopped, keep skin on
- 500 g skinless chicken thigh, chopped into 3cm cubes
- 90 g honey
- 1 heaped tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 heaped tablespoons seeded (wholegrain) mustard
- 2 level teaspoons tumeric powder
- 1 cans coconut cream
- 1 heaped teaspoons cornflour, make a slurry with water
- 1 heaped tablespoons stock paste

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Step 1: Place carrot, zucchini, onion, garlic and sweet potato in the mixing bowl. Chop 15 s, s4.
Step 2: Add oil and Cook 3 mins, varoma, s1.
Step 3: Add chicken, honey, mustards, tumeric, coconut cream, stock paste and cook 10 mins, varoma, s"Gentle stir setting" "Counter-clockwise operation"
Step 4: Add spinach and cook for a further 5 mins, varoma, s2"Counter-clockwise operation" and slowly add the cornflour mixture until thick. serve with boiled rice on cookidoo.

If you dont have coconut cream you can use coconut milk or cream
