Black and White Tofu

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 300 g tofu, firm, cut into 2-3cm cubes
  • 300 g duck blood tofu, cut into 2-3cm cubes
  • 2 level tsp oyster sauce
  • 10 gram cooking oil, better to use Chinese ones

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put garlic cloves into bowl and turn speed 3/5 secs
  2. Scrape down the garlic shreds to the bottom of the bowl
    add cooking oil, then turn 3 mins/120C/speedCounter-clockwise operation
  3. Insert butterfly whisk
  4. evenly spread topu on both sides of the butterfly whisk
  5. Add oyster sauce and sesame oil into the bowl
  6. cook 5 min/Varoma/speedCounter-clockwise operation.
    Serve as desired.

if can not find duck blood tofu, can be replaced by normal tofu.
