Recipe's preparation
- Put garlic cloves into bowl and turn speed 3/5 secs
- Scrape down the garlic shreds to the bottom of the bowl
add cooking oil, then turn 3 mins/120C/speed - Insert butterfly whisk
- evenly spread topu on both sides of the butterfly whisk
- Add oyster sauce and sesame oil into the bowl
- cook 5 min/Varoma/speed

Serve as desired.

if can not find duck blood tofu, can be replaced by normal tofu.
