For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Put garlic cloves into bowl and turn speed 3/5 secs
- Scrape down the garlic shreds to the bottom of the bowl
add cooking oil, then turn 3 mins/120C/speed"Counter-clockwise operation" - Insert butterfly whisk
- evenly spread topu on both sides of the butterfly whisk
- Add oyster sauce and sesame oil into the bowl
- cook 5 min/Varoma/speed"Counter-clockwise operation" .
Serve as desired.

Tip
if can not find duck blood tofu, can be replaced by normal tofu.
