Recipe's preparation

    Patties
  1. Place garlic, leek, celery and carrot in bowl.
    5 sec, speed 5, MC on
    Scrape down, add oil
    Cook 3min 30sec, 120°, Counter-clockwise operation speed 1, MC off
    Scrape down, add black beans
    Blend 3 sec, speed 5
    Add egg and breadcrumbs
    15 secs, Counter-clockwise operationspeed 1
    Transfer to clean bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Can be made a day ahead.

    Form into four patties and cook in frypan.
