Ingredients

salad

  • 350g sweet potato (diced)
  • 300g brussel sprouts cut in half
  • 30g mini capers
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1-2tbs mustard garlic mayo
  • 20g oliveoil, or oil of choice

Recipe's preparation

    salad

  1. place sweet potato and sprouts in top tray of varoma add 1ltr water into jug.

    cook 20mins/varoma/speed 4 time will depend on how big you chop veg just check after 15mins in case.place into salad bowl.

    next add oil to jug cook 3mins/veroma/speed 1/reverse

    add onions cook 5mins/100/speed2/reverse or till cooked not to soft

    tip into salad bowl add capers and mayp and stir through serve warm or cold
