Italian Vegetable Risotto

  • 100 grams olive oil

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. MC on, add in onion & garlic cloves to . Chop ingredients for 5 seconds on speed 6.
  2. Add in 100g of olive oil and saute for 2 minutes at 100°C on speed 2 with MC off.
  3. Add in 400g of preferred rice, add in 100g of white wine (optional). Saute again for 2 minutes at 100°C on speed 2.
  4. Add in vegetable ingredients, 1100g of warm water, 3 tbsp of vegetable stock, basil, lemon juice, salt & pepper is desired. Cool for 17 minutes at 100°C on speed 2 with simmering basket on top of .
  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
