    LCHF egg curry
  1. add onion and garlic chop 3secs speed 5 scrape down add ghee and cook 4mins/1oo/speed 1.5
    add curry powder cook 3mins/100/1.5
    add tomato and cook 10mins no mc/100/speed 1.5

serve with cauliflower rice,i worked out carbs roughly 5.5 per serve
