  • Nice and tasty lentil loaf.

Nice and tasty lentil loaf.   I was a bit confused at the end when the recipe says to "add other ingredients 10 seconds reverse speed 1".  Given the ingredients inclue and egg and the breadcrumbs & parsley and soy sauce, 10 seconds at reverse speed 1 didn't blend my mixture at all.   I had to blend for longer at a higher speed and not on reverse to obtain effective mixing.  As with the previous comment, the mixture then became more of a paste however cooked well and was good to eat.   Thank you for the recipe.

this loaf was yummier than i expected, quite moreish.  the mixing was a challenge for the thermie, my mix maybe too dry?  i mixed for longer than recipe said and the lentils were paste by the time i put it into tin but still very nice to eat.  Would make great little falafel type balls
