I made this yesterday and although it was delicious and everyone ate it, I found that I needed to add about 250ml of water during cooking as it became very thick as the lentils cooked

Surprisingly tasty and very
Surprisingly tasty and very easy to prepare. Used macaroni which made it very toddler friendly. Kept well in the fridge too. Husband has already asked for this to be cooked up again.
This is a good, simple
This is a good, simple recipe. I made the following tweaks though - Instead of 20 :O tablespoons of oil, I used 2 (I am presuming the 20 was a typo), I used a tablespoon of mixed herbs, two heaped teaspoons of TM stock, 1/4 teaspoon of chilli powder and a heaped tablespoon of tomato paste. Also, rather than using speed 1 for the 20 minute cook, I used the spoon speed.
I like the fact that I could probably use any veggies in this.
Too easy!
Awesome! So easy and tasty.
Awesome! So easy and tasty. After reading other's comments, I also added about 200g zucchini, half a green capsicum and a pinch of dried chilli flakes. Yum!

A real winner.

My family INHALED this dish, especially my 2 and 4 yr old boys! I too also used 2 TBL of olive oil instead of 20. I also threw in half a zucchini and half a green capsicum. This is an excellent dish to make to use up all your vegies! I'll be using this one frequently!
Great, quick, healthy. This
Great, quick, healthy. This is now one of our family staples! (def meant to be 2 tbsp oil, not 20)
