Moroccan Vegetable Cous Cous

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, halved
  • 1-2 clove garlic, to taste
  • 6-8 --- cups of mixed vegetables, Cut into bite size pieces
  • 450 grams water
  • 1-2 tablespoon Vege Stock Concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, approximately 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinamon
  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained
  • 2 --- cups cous cous
  • 4 cups boiling water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop onion & garlic 3secs Speed 7

  2. Add oil and saute 3mins, 100degrees, Speed 1

  3. Add chopped vegetables, cumin, cinamon, water, stock concentrate and lemon juice

  4. Cook 20mins, 100degrees, Counter-clockwise operation, speed 2

  5. Add chickpeas and cook 5 mins, 100deg, Counter-clockwise operation, speed 2

  6. Meanwhile add cous cous to thermoserver with boiling water and let sit til cooked

  7. Serve cous cous with veges
