Dough
- 400 g flour
- 200 g Butter, cold, in pieces
- 140 g water, cold (may be with some ice cubes)
- 1 tbsp salt
Topping
- 2 garlic
- 3 tbsp rosemary foliage
- 800 g potato, in pieces
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 300 g sour cream
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat the oven on 200deg.
2. place all the ingrideints for the dough into the TM bowl and mix it all together for 20sec on speed 5.
3. wrap dough in a foil or the TM matt and let it rest for 30min in the fridge.
4. divide the dough into 2 equal parts and put on two baking trays, lined with baking paper and roll it out very thin. Stick a fork into the dough every 5cm. (this let's the air out during baking)
5. bake for 10mins.
1. chop the rosmary and garlic for 3 sec on speed 8.
2. add the potatoes and the spices and mix it for 3 sec on speed 5.
3. spread the sourcream on the dough of both trays and then divide the potato topping and spread it on the doughs as well. drizzle olive oil on the top.
4. finish baking for approx. another 35mins. cut it into slices or strips or triangles.

Tip
you can also use sliced pears and put them on top of the potato topping (about 2 pears) and sprinkle some gorgonzola on it as well

Jomafo, no need to cook
Jomafo, no need to cook potoato, it cooks in oven. Wow, this is just GREAT! Even with me doing a few things a bit round about it turned out and is YUMMY! (first attempt at making dough and cooking with it). I'm having to accompany soup tonight, can't wait.
