    Appliance TM 5 image
    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pop all the dressing ingredients into the Thermomix and blitz for 6 seconds on speed 10.

  2. Add half a head of cauliflower (roughly chopped into pieces) and blitz for 3 seconds on speed 5. Repeat if finer consistency is preferred.

Tip out into a bowl and garnish with a handful of toasted cashews (or seeds) and some coriander leaves.

Accessories you need

Add one fresh de-seeded red chilli to the dressing ingredients instead of the chilli flakes. Keep the seeds in if you want to live dangerously and prefer it hotter.
