Sag Bhajee
- 750 grams English spinach washed and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon wild onion seeds (optional)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 large onion
- 1 tablespoon mild curry paste (see my other recipes)

Recipe's preparation
Place spinach in Varoma and then cook for 15-20 minutes Varoma speed 4 (stir after 10 minutes) Set aside to drain
Wash bowl out and heat oil for 3 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed soft
Add cumin seeds, sesame seeds, black mustard seeds and onion seeds if using and cook for 3 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1
Add onion and garlic and chop for 5 seconds, speed 7
Cook for 5 minutes, Varoma speed 1
Add reserved spinach and cook for 10 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse, speed soft
