Recipe's preparation

Insert the 1/2 onion inside"Closed lid" griond for 3 sec. vel.5.

Add butter on 100° for 3 min. vel.1.

Cut square slices the beetroot and add inside "Closed lid" with wine, cook for min. 5 100° vel.1.

When they are well done add the lemon juice and the cooking cream, blend for sec.20 vel.8.

add salt & peper to taste, "Gentle stir setting" sec.30
