Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert the 1/2 onion insideClosed lidgriond for 3 sec. vel.5.

    Add butter on 100° for 3 min. vel.1.

    Cut square slices the beetroot and add inside Closed lid with wine, cook for min. 5 100° vel.1.

    When they are well done add the lemon juice and the cooking cream, blend for sec.20 vel.8.

    add salt & peper to taste, Gentle stir setting sec.30
