Ingredients
- 400 grams of chicken breast or thigh, diced into bite size pieces
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 30 grams of olive oil
- 40 grams of sliced sundried tomatoes
- 20 grams of balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 2 400 gram tins of diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of torn basil leaves
- parmesan for garnish
- 400 grams of pasta

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add onions and garlic to the bowl - chop 5 seconds, speed 5, scrape down bowl with spatula
Add oil and cook 3mins, 100 deg, speed one
Add tomotoes, oregano, sundried tomatoes and chicken and cook 12 minutes, 100 deg, reverse, spoon
Add basil, balsamic vinegar and cook 3 mins, 100 deg, reverse, spoon
Pour into thermoserver to keep warm
Cook pasta of your choice and serve the sauce over the top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
