    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Prepare the chicken by chopping it into cube size pieces.

    Brown the chicken in a fry pan.

    Roughly chop the onion and garlic.

    In your thermomix, place the onion and garlic - 5 seconds, Speed 7

    Saute the onion and garlic - 2 minutes, 100 degrees, Speed 1

    Add the cream, soup mix, chicken - Reverse, 7 minutes, 90 degrees, Speed 1

    Set aside in your thermoserver and prepare the rice.

     

    RICE

    Add the water into your thermomix, add a pinch of salt.

    Place the basket in and add the rice.

    20  minutes, 90 degrees, Speed 4.

     

    Serve

    This was such a easy throw together dish at the last minute and it was surprisingly tasty.

    Few things I did differently;
    - added 20gm oil for sauté
    - didn’t pan fry chicken
    - cooked for 16 minutes on 100 degrees to cook the chicken
    - added mushroom and snow peas, yum!
