- 2 cloves garlic
- 40 grams Butter
- 800 grams water
- 100 grams lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons veggie stock
- 600 grams chicken breast, Diced
- 60 grams sour cream
- 30 grams parmesan
- 350 grams Aborio Rice

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add Garlic and Chop for 5 seconds on speed 6.
2. Scrape down side and add butter. Saute for 2 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse speed 1
3. Insert Butterfly, Add Rice and Lemon Juice. Saute for 2 minutes, 100 degrees, reverse speed 1
4.Add Stock and Chicken. Cook for 18 Minutes, 100 Degrees and Reverse speed 1
5. Add Sour Cream and cheese and cook for 3 minutes speed 2 reverse.
6. Place in Thermoserver and let stand for approx 10 minutes..

Sharzi71:As it wasn't written down to add it, I didn't. It was dry and sticky. After work I ended up adding the water and only put it on for 10 minutes

Just made this. Very dry. Even added a little more liquid and still very dry and sticky . Didn't add water as it didn't say in the directions.

Ummmmm yum!!!!! Added water with stock before is saw the note, made sense to hahaha!! Step 5 doesnt have the temp included tho, so i went with the 100 degree theme haha!! Change the name if you can to risotto being the first word so more people can make this amazingness

Don't do my mistake and forget to add the water at the time you add the stock paste. Oops.
I had to add it in at the end and re cook for another 18 minutes.
Probally only needed 15 more as was a bit claggy. But still tasted good.
