If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. 1200g of water, salt and oil 10min 100° "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
2. 400g Fettuccine 10min 100°"Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting"
3. Keep warm in Thermoserver whilst cooking sauce.
1. Cut onion in half and add to bowl
2. Add 2 garlic cloves to bowl
3. Chop 4 seconds speed 7
4. Scrape down sides
5. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
6. Cook 4 min 100° speed 1
7. Add 500g of pouring cream, 1 tablespoon of capers, salt and pepper cook 8 min100° speed 1 MC off.
8. Roughly cut up salmon and add to bowl with 2 tablespoons of capers 30 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" .
9. Mix with pasta in Thermoserver and garnish with fresh smoked salmon and capers.

I found this had too much
I found this had too much liquid which reduced the flavour. Next time I'd add more smoked salmon and pour in less cream.
