Creamy Tomato and Chorizo Pasta (for 8)

Ingredients

  • 100-150 grams Parmesan cheese, cut into 2-6cm cubes
  • 1 Brwon Onion, approx 150g
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 10-15 sprigs parsley
  • 200 grams red capsicum
  • 200 grams zucchini
  • 30 grams olive oil
  • 800 grams ripe tomatoes, cut into quarters or eighths depeding on size of tomato
  • 250 grams water
  • 250 grams cream, Pouring or Whipping creams works best
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 50-100 grams baby spinach
  • 200 grams chorizo, Thinly Sliced
  • 500 grams Dried Pasta, Short Pasta eg Spirals, Penne or Elbows

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place the Parmesan cheese into the mixing bowl and grate 10sec/speed 9. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Clean and Dry mixing bowl.

    2. Place Brown Onion, Garllic and Parsley in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scarape down the sides of mixing bowl with a spatula.

    3. Add Red Capsicum and Zucchini and Chop 3 sec/Speed 5. Scarape down the sides of mixing bowl with a spatula.

    4. Add Olive oil and Saute 5min/120deg/Counter-clockwise operation/Speed1

    5. Add tomatoes, water, cream, vegetable stock paste and chorizo and cook 25min/100deg/Counter-clockwise operation/speedGentle stir setting

    6.Cook Pasta in Thermoserver: Thermofun has a great recipe //thermofun.com/thermofun-cooking-pasta-thermoserver/

    7. Add Baby Spinach to the mixing bowl and gently combine with other ingredients 10sec/Counter-clockwise operation/Speed1

    8. In a large serving dish combine the pasa and sauce, sprinke with parmesan cheese. Allow to rest covered for 5 min prior to serving

    YUUUUUUM!!!! The flavours are amazing! (I must admit; I always panic because it's always filled right to the max level (sometimes over, so I strain some liquid). But DEEEEEEEEELISH!!!!!
