Easy and Best Gluten Free pasta dough EVER!!

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add flour, eggs and xanthum gum to bowl. Mix together 20 seconds / sp 3.
  2. Knead for 1 minute
  3. Tip out and bring together into a ball. Rest for 15 mins.
  4. Cut dough into 4 pieces. Cover unused pieces as they dry out quickly. Flatten and roll through pasta machine until desired thickness - prepare your ravioli, pasta shapes or cut into ribbons / spaghetti.
  5. Add to boiling salted water and boil for 3-5 mins. Drain and place directly into the sauce.
