Gnocchi Pasta Bake

Ingredients

6 portion(s)

Sauce

  • 170 g Tasty Cheese cubed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, peeled, halved
  • 500 g mince beef, (can mince your own)
  • 600-700 g Pasta Sauce, (can make your own)
  • 50 g red wine
  • 1 tablespoon veggie stock concentrate
  • 2x500 g gnocchi, (can make yourself)

Recipe's preparation

    Gnocchi Pasta Bake
  1. Grate cheese 5sec/sp7, set aside

  2. Chop onion and garlic 5sec/sp5

  3. Scrape down sides

  4. Add oil, Sauté 2min/100c/sp1

  5. Add mince, break down with spatula

  6. Cook 5min/100c/reverse/sp 2 MC off

  7. Break mince down with spatula

  8. Add Jar of pasta sauce, stock and red wine

  9. Cook 15mins/100c/reverse/sp2 place simmer basket onto lid

  10. Boil some water for the gnocchi as per the directions of the packet

  11. Pour the sauce into a baking dish

  12. Place gnocchi into boiling water and when it floats pick up with a holed spoon and place on top of pasta sauce

  13. Top with cheese

  14. Bake in oven for 20mins or until cheese is golden brown
