Sauce
- 170 g Tasty Cheese cubed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 onion, peeled, halved
- 500 g mince beef, (can mince your own)
- 600-700 g Pasta Sauce, (can make your own)
- 50 g red wine
- 1 tablespoon veggie stock concentrate
- 2x500 g gnocchi, (can make yourself)

Recipe's preparation
Grate cheese 5sec/sp7, set aside
Chop onion and garlic 5sec/sp5
Scrape down sides
Add oil, Sauté 2min/100c/sp1
Add mince, break down with spatula
Cook 5min/100c/reverse/sp 2 MC off
Break mince down with spatula
Add Jar of pasta sauce, stock and red wine
Cook 15mins/100c/reverse/sp2 place simmer basket onto lid
Boil some water for the gnocchi as per the directions of the packet
Pour the sauce into a baking dish
Place gnocchi into boiling water and when it floats pick up with a holed spoon and place on top of pasta sauce
Top with cheese
Bake in oven for 20mins or until cheese is golden brown
