- 2 Cups 00 Flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Recipe is created for
Add flour, eggs salt and half of the water to your machine.
Start blitzing on turbo/pulse while slowly adding the rest of the water until you have crumb consistency.
Knead dough for 4 minutes.
Rest in fridge for 15 minutes while you assemble your pasta machine.
Split dough into four portions rolling each portion out into pasta one at a time, if you are having trouble keep adding flour little by little until it comes through your machine smoothly.
Cook from fresh in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes or to taste, can be dried and packaged for later use.
