- 90 g Parmasen Cheese, Chopped
- 30 g spring onion, Chopped
- 30 g chives, Chopped
- 30 g red onion, Chopped
- 200 g Smoked Salmon, Sliced
- 1 --- egg yolk
- 3 --- eggs
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1200 g water
- 350 g pasta
- 1 teaspoon salt, To taste

Put parmesan into TM Bowl and grate for 10 sec speed 9. Remove from TM Bowl and put into separate bowl.
Put spring onions and chives into TM Bowl and chop for 3 sec speed 6.
Add smoked salmon to spring onions in TM Bowl together with olive oil and saute with MC off for 3.5 mins Varoma speed 1. Remove from TM Bowl and put into another larger bowl.
Put water into TM Bowl with salt to taste. Cook 10 min temp 100 speed 1.
Put spaghetti through hole in lid into TM Bowl. Cook for time advised on packet at temp 100 speed 1. The pasta needs to be cooked to al dente.
Drain spaghetti and add to carbonara sauce mixture whilst hot. Toss well and season if needed. Serve.
Put eggs, yolk and grated cheese and cram into TM Bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix for 15 sec speed 4. Add egg mixture to smoked salmon and spring onions, chives and capers together and gently combine.
