Basic Chicken Noodle Soup

  • 150 grams pumpkin, Chopped into 2-3cm pieces
  • 1 Medium Carrot, Chopped into 2-3cm pieces
  • 1 medium potato, Chopped into 2-3cm pieces
  • 1300 grams water
  • 2 tablespoons chicken stock paste
  • 60 grams egg noodles

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place carrot, pumpkin and potato into bowl and chop speed 5/5 second
  2. Add water and stock and cook for 13min/Varoma/SP1 with MC on
  3. Add egg noodles and cook further for 10min/VaromaCounter-clockwise operationSP1 with MC on
  4. Season woth salt and pepper to your liking and place into thermoserver.

Tip

If you have some left over roast chicken cut into small bite size pieces and place into thermoserver, pour over soup and let it sit for a few mins to heat the chicken through.
