Use spatula to scrape bowl and loosen sugar at bottom.
Add Eggs

"Counter-clockwise operation" / Sp 2.5
Again, loosen sugar with spatula
10 sec /

Add Milk
5 sec /
"Counter-clockwise operation" / sp 5

"Counter-clockwise operation" / sp 2
While its turning, add the vinegar to the lid to slowly seep into the bowl. Extend time if necessary.
10 min / 80 deg /

Transfer to Jar. It will thicken more as it cools.
