Serve warm with either crusty ciabatta, put in cob loaf or serve with crackers.
Great as a healthy spread on toast or on a salad sandwich. Yum served warm or cold. You can also omit the cooking of the garlic and beetroot and enjoy it as a raw dip or spread. For a dairy free alternative use coconut milk or cream.
