      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Place all ingredients into Thermomix mixing bowl and chop Speed 7/ 10sec or until a smooth paste forms

Tip

If storing if fridge, keep a small layer of oil on top of pesto to prevent discoloration

    Delish, I used almonds and a mic of basil and rocket because that's what I had, i also cut oil back by 20g

    I am thinking about making this but was thinking maybe adding a little bit of lemon juice.  Do you think that would help?

    I think it needed something else. Found the flavour a bit bland...we added caramelised balsamic vinegar but it still needed something? Otherwise great recipe
