Brandy Butter
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 150 g raw sugar
- 45 g brandy
- 1 portion orange, Rind & juice
Recipe's preparation
- Add raw sugar & orange zest to TM Bowl & Mill 10 sec/speed 9
- Set Aside.
- Add EDC Butter to bowl and beat until fluffy 15sec/speed 3
- Insert Butterfly
- Continue on Speed 3 & gradually add the icing sugar mix & combine well for about 1 minute
-Once incorporated add orange juice & brandy & mix 40 sec/speed 3.
Place into a serving bowl and chill in the fridge until firm
