    Cheese sauce?Cheese sauce?

This was my cheese sauce once it cooled a touch 😂😂 next time I'll try with normal flour, the flavour was definitely there but I was not after a bowl of jelly. I added a heaped teaspoon of dijon mustard. Very yummy and easy, just no cornflour next time. Thanks for the recipe.

I chucked a handful of brocolli florets in at the beginning, and some cooked chicken breast for the last 40 seconds to make my "Green Chicken Cheese Sauce". Used normal flour also, turned out very smooth and delicious. No fuss!
