Chicken Caesar Sandwich Spread

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

Shredded Chicken and boiled Eggs

  • 2 fillet chicken breast
  • 4 eggs
  • 900 gram water

Caesar Filling

  • 4 Bacon slices
  • 4 shallots
  • 100 gram Parmesan cheese, Cubed in to 1cm blocks.
  • 80 gram EDC Caesar Dressing
  • 20 gram olive oil

Recipe's preparation

    Chicken and Eggs
  1. Describe the preparation steps of your recipe

  2. Add the water to the TM bowl. Place eggs in TM basket and insert in to bowl.

     

    Place chicken into Varoma and place on top, no tray. Cook for 16 minutes, Varoma, speed 4.

     

    Remove eggs, peel and set aside.

     

    Wash and dry bowl. Add chicken to bowl and shred speed 6, 3 seconds

  3. Caesar Filling
  4. Place Parmesan cheese into mixing bowl and grate, speed 9 10 seconds. Set aside.

     

    Place bacon and shallots into mixing bowl and chop 3 seconds, speed 7. Scrape down sides. Add Olive oil and saute, Varoma, speed 1.

     

    Let sit for 5 minutes to cool slightly.

     

    Add Parmesan, Chicken, eggs and EDC Caesar dressing and blend speed 4, 12 seconds.

     

    Spread onto bread and top with Cos Lettuce. - Kids love it.

    have made this a few times now and my family loves it!

    however in the last step, i think it only needs 2-3 seconds!
