  • 30 grams roasted salted peanuts, Optional
  • 30 Birdseye chillies, Remove stalk
  • 6 long red chillies, Remove stalk
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 125 grams brown sugar
  • 110 grams castor sugar

  • 1/8 tsp sesame oil

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop peanuts 3 sec spd 5.
    Take out, set aside, and wash bowl.
    Place chillies and garlic in process 3 sec spd 7.
    Watch out the aroma will be huge!
    Scape down.
    Add sugars, vinegar and cook 30 min V 100 deg speed 2.
    Add fish sauce, peanuts(if you are adding) and sesame oil.
    Mix 8 sec R spd 2.
    Keep in refrigerator.

    Lasts ages.
    makes 3-4 jars.
