      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put 150 chilli into bowl 4 second speed7, do again for the other chili, tomato and onion
    Put chili, tomato and onion into the bowl, 15min to 20 min Varoma speed soft
    Put salt and sugar into the bowl and use 10second speed 3 mix it until it cool down
    Clean the bowl
    Put all the garlic6second speed 7 then mix into the sauce
    all down
