- 300 g fresh red chilli
- 150 g tomato
- 150 g onion
- 80 g garlic
- 60 g salt
- 40 g sugar

Put 150 chilli into bowl 4 second speed7, do again for the other chili, tomato and onion
Put chili, tomato and onion into the bowl, 15min to 20 min Varoma speed soft
Put salt and sugar into the bowl and use 10second speed 3 mix it until it cool down
Clean the bowl
Put all the garlic6second speed 7 then mix into the sauce
