Ingredients

300 g

Choc Hazelnut Spread

  • 100 g Skinless Hazelnuts
  • 100 g raw sugar
  • 120 g milk chocolate
  • 80 g dark chocolate 70%
  • 90 g vegetable oil
  • 200 g Milk, skim or full cream

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Put sugar and hazelnuts in the bowl and smash for 2 Min / Speed 10 Add chocolate and smash for 25 Sec / Speed 5.  Add milk and oil and cook for 5 Min / 50'C / speed 5 Blitz together for 1 Min / Speed 9 

     

    Pour into jars/containers and allow to cool. Store in the fridge

Tip

take out of fridge before use to allow to soften a little before spreading

    So quick and easy. I blanched the hazelnuts to remove the skins and probably should have let them dry out more but it still worked out. Yummy yummy.

    I used coconut oil and less sugar (around 60gr) and only did the frist blitz for around 45 seconds (as I had to keep stopping and scraping).  It is absolutely delicious, actually better than the store bought stuff!! plus I know exactly what's in it and what's not in it (PALM OIL)! tmrc_emoticons.D

    This is deliciuous ! tmrc_emoticons.p thank you , the whole family love it ... " better than the shops " they said . I even used less sugar (only 60 grams ) and still a winner . I used grape seed oil as I had not vege oil too .

    Just made this and it's so good!  A tip - before you rinse the jug out add in a cup of milk and blend up for 10 seconds on speed 6.  A nice chocolate drink.  You could prob add in some ice cubes and blitz on speed 10 if you want a nice iced drunk for a hot day.
