Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Chocolate Sauce

  • 200 grams dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 100 grams Pouring Cream
  • 2 level tablespoons golden syrup
  • 1 level teaspoon Vanilla Essence/Extract
  • 30-40 grams Butter

Recipe's preparation

  1. Break chocolate into bowl and grate for 8 sec/speed 9. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  2. Add all other ingredients and melt 3 min/60°/speed 3. Scrape down sides of bowl.

  3. Mix for a further 2 min/60°/speed 3.

  4. Pour over Ice-Cream and enjoy!

Tip

Add more or less cream depending on the consistency you desire.

Adjust golden syrup as required (I just add by eye).
