- 1 bunch fresh coriander, leaves, stalks & roots
- 2 --- Fresh Green Chillies, deseed if you like
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 g fish sauce
- 80 grams lime juice, squeezed
- 30 g Maple Syrup, pure
- 1 level tablespoons sesame oil

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- Thoroughly wash coriander especially the roots. Chop up roughly include leaves and stalks and roots. Peel garlic clove. Deseed green chillis if you dont like it too hot. Add all ingredients to bowl and blend for one minute speed 8. Use Coriander Dressing with Maple Syrup on fish, chicken, lamb, beef and vegetables. Keep in fridge one week.
