  • 750 grams Cranberries, 3 cups fresh or frozen
  • 80 grams spring onions, including greens
  • 1-2 small pieces jalapeño chilli
  • 125 gram sugar
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 1 package Full cream cream cheese, round one looks nice when serving

a few cranberries and sprigs of coriander for decorating

Recipe's preparation

    Cranberry Salsa
  1. Place Cranberries, Spring onion, Ginger & Cooriander into TM mixing bowl.

    Core & seed Chillies and put into bowl

    Squeeze juice of 1 lemon into bowl.

    Turbo 2-3 times - leave texture you don't want this mushy.

    Set aside mixture in a container and allow flavour to develop for at least 4 hours but can be made a few days in advance - i think it improves the flavour.

    Serve over Cream Cheese, use researved cranberries  and corriander for garnish.
