Cucumber & Dill Dip

  • 150 g cucumber, lebanese
  • 250 g Philly Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 80 g sour cream
  • 80 g mayonnaise, Whole egg
  • 25 g thickened cream
  • 2 tsp Dried Dill
  • 1/8 tsp Dried Chives
  • 1/8 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt, More to taste if needed
  • 1/8 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. •Place cucumber in Closed lid on speed5 5sec or until finely chopped. Scrape sides down.
  2. •Then place in Closed lid cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, thickened cream, dill, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, ground black pepper then place thermomix on speed5 5sec or until mixed.
  3. •Serve chilled with raw vegetables and biscuits.
