THERMOMIX ® RECIPE
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 portion Hommus
- 1 portion Relish
- 85 g sun dried tomatos
- 2 roasted red capsicum
- 100 g water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- 25 g Cashews raw

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and chop 10 secs / Speed 7
Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula and repeat 10 secs / Speed 7
As per Hommus recipe found in Basic Cookbook p262
Using a mandolin Slicer or Vegetable peeler, slice the cucumbers into thin ribbons.
Lay two pieces on top of each other.
Scrape a thin amount of the hommus lengthways along the top piece of cucumber.
Roll up and then add a small dolop of the relish on top of the rolls.
Sundried Tomato & Capsicum Relish
You could substitute the hommus for any other relish or topping
